Why worry when we can pray especially in the world around us, all we hear is news that can be distressing at times. If we pay too much attention to this, we will focus more on the problems instead of focusing on God. We take our eyes off God and place the spotlight on the problems that we are facing. God is inviting us to come to Him so He can ease our burdens and give us His perfect peace.

Let us not behave like the unbelievers and worry about things that are out of our control. Let us instead, place all our cares and anxieties in the hands of the Lord because He cares for us.
